Son "Sonny" Tran came to the United States as an immigrant with $200 to his name. With no shortcut available, he learned the work from the ground up — first on job sites, then in property management — until he understood buildings inside and out.
He founded Tran Group to put that knowledge to work on the buildings most people walk past: distressed, underperforming, and overlooked. One project at a time, he turned them into safe, livable homes — and turned a personal story of persistence into a firm with a mission.
That origin still defines how Tran Group operates: rigorous on the build, disciplined on compliance, and principled about the people who live in and own these properties.
