Prospect Park West, Brooklyn
An 1899 limestone residence fronting Prospect Park in the heart of Park Slope. Tran Group's full-scope renovation modernized all eight residences and brought the 9,576-square-foot building to current code, delivering a rare park-front asset in turnkey condition.
