Scope of work

A six-story, thirty-four-unit walk-up a block from Washington Square Park — one of the larger Greenwich Village assets Tran Group has redeveloped. The 18,375-square-foot building was renovated in full, with every residence modernized and building systems upgraded in line with current New York City building code.
