Scope of work

A 1920 East Village walk-up with ground-floor retail and sixteen apartments above, repositioned by Tran Group into a modern, income-producing asset. The renovation updated every residence and the commercial frontage and upgraded building systems throughout the 9,750-square-foot building, in line with current New York City building code.
