Upper West Side, Manhattan
An 1887 brownstone on a classic Upper West Side block, acquired and taken through a full-scope Tran Group renovation. Its ten residences were modernized and the building's structural, electrical, and mechanical systems upgraded, with the work carried out in line with current New York City building code.
